The search for Miss Ubaldo D. Laya was held on July 24-25, 2010 as the highlight activity of their Baranggay Fiesta Celebration. The proclaim winner was Miss RHOIE JHANNARIE DUMAGUIN OMLERO of Zone 5, Purok Areola Bougainvilla, Ubaldo Laya, Iligan City. She is 16 years of age, a 4th Year High School student of MSU-IIT-IDS. She is the daughter of the proud parents Arnulfo Hernado Omlero and Mrs. Ma. Rhodora Dumaguin Omlero. Rhoie also got the award Miss Close-Up Smile. |
