My acoustic songs used in "Dark Side of Genius" were recorded at A&M records and at The "Beastie Boys" studios on breaks between the sessions I was doing with Warren Zevon and Don Henley's band, and Warren Zevon Adam Yauch & Mike D, in their respective places of recording, arranged by my then Manager Andy Slater (Fiona Apple, Jakob Dylan) now President of Capitol Records.
